TERMS: Refund and Exchange must be requested within 30 days from the date your payment was received.
CONDITIONS: We accept exchanges or issue refunds for manufacturer defected items only. Buyers must ship the returning items with tracking confirmation. Abused items such as dropped, scratched, torn, twisted, modified and/or tampered are not acceptable for refund or exchange. Replacement based on item availability and if an item has been discontinued, we will refund the purchased price within 30 days. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded and are not part of the 30-day money back guarantee.
RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA): A RMA and Item Number are required for all refunds and exchanges. Please submit one request form per item. Click here to fill out our RMA request form to obtain a RMA number
RETURN SHIPPING PROCEDURE:
- Include a copy of the original invoice or a copy of the related email billing inside the returning package.
- The RMA and Item Number must be written outside of the returning package. Packages without the RMA and Item Number written outside of the package will be returned to sender unopened.
- Ship the returning item with tracking number.
- Postmark must be within 7 days you receive our RMA number.
REFUND METHOD: We will refund to your original payment method.
SHIPPING DAMAGE: In case of product damage due to UPS or FedEx shipping, please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877or FedEx at 1-800-463-3339.
DISCLAIMER: AUTOPARTSGALLERY shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. AUTOPARTSGALLERY shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, AUTOPARTSGALLERY shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
